Since we manufacture our own windows, it’s important to us to have time with the homeowner to show the glass, the way we make the window, and the quality that will be in your home as we discuss the lifetime warranty. Our demo is free, but we do request your attention. As a rule, we do not just drop off pricing without first interfacing with the homeowners.
We typically ask all homeowners to be present so we can explain how the changes impact the house, the options available, answer any questions, and give you an accurate estimate based on your selections. As a custom window company, we have many options available, and specific selections in product and style can impact pricing.

Yes, our iVantage windows have undergone strenuous testing and attained Florida Product Approval (TAS 201, 202 and 203) and can be installed in homes anywhere in the state of Florida. Homes in the Miami Dade Wind-Borne Debris Region can experience winds up to 170 mph and our windows are tested to meet and exceed Miami-Dade's HVHZ (High Velocity Hurricane Zone) criteria.

While we do not manufacture a window that is totally soundproof, our windows do help reduce outside sound transmission. Many customers have been delighted and are pleasantly surprised by this benefit.
NewSouth manufactures patio doors and sliding glass doors. While NewSouth does not manufacture entry doors, we provide many beautiful options for our customers and install them with a lifetime warranty.
NewSouth does not manufacture aluminum windows. Aluminum conducts heat more so than vinyl or polyvinyl products, allowing more heat to enter into your home from the extreme Florida weather. Aluminum windows are also more susceptible to corrosion and condensation. As a custom window company, we have many options available. We offer energy efficient windows and impact windows in a variety of styles, colors, and grid patterns, and specific selections in product and style can affect pricing. The Process
The bullets listed below outline the normal process but can change if there are unexpected issues such as changes in the order, or any home repairs that need to be addressed prior to installation.
- After you've signed your contract, it is reviewed by our team to make sure everything is in order.
- An appointment will be scheduled for a trained field technician to come and take detailed measurements of your windows and/or doors.
- Our installation department will double check the details. Your order is then relayed to our factory and ordered.
- With your help, NewSouth will coordinate and submit permit applications on your behalf.
- Once your order is completed, your installation will be scheduled.
- Your installation will usually last 1-2 days, but could be longer based on the scope of the work.
- After installation, we will request a final inspection. Some areas around your windows will be left exposed for the inspector.
- After the inspection, NewSouth will return to do a post-inspection finish.
- Your lifetime warranty will be sent to you for your records.
- You get to enjoy new, beautiful, energy efficient windows with a lifetime warranty.

Yes, we do service mobile homes. If you're in the market for replacement windows, please contact your local NewSouth store to set up an appointment for a free estimate.
NewSouth does not provide window tinting services, and tinting to NewSouth products are never needed.
As the factory, we are directly accountable to you and stand behind both our window and the installation, for as long as you own your home. That means if at any time you experience a problem with any aspect of your window, you are covered by your lifetime warranty and NewSouth will fix it. Because we both manufacture and install your window, you can rest easy and make one call. We call this the NewSouth Window Solution, you’ll call it the last window you’ll ever buy.
Miscellaneous
To qualify for our lifetime guarantee any windows and doors purchased from NewSouth must be installed by one of our factory trained and certified installation teams. Because we cannot warranty products that we don't install, we do not allow customers to purchase windows and install them themselves.
