AI Training

We do not use your personal data to train artificial intelligence systems.

We also do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you without human involvement.

Your Rights and Choices About Your Information

Your choices about ads, marketing, cookies, and tracking:

If you block these files, some parts of our Services may not work. • Location You can turn off location tracking in your device settings. If you do, some features may not work. We do not track your exact precise geolocation.

Your State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with an applicable comprehensive privacy law (including, but not limited to, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information, subject to applicable law and any exceptions:

• Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information and it will be included in the response to your access request.
• You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we maintain, considering the information’s nature and processing purpose.
• You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.
• Opt Out of Using Personal Data for Sales, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling for Certain Legal or Similarly Significant Decisions. You may request that we do not use your personal data for these purposes. Some states may also grant you the ability to learn more about or challenge those automated decisions.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal data sales. Residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights may submit a request to privacy@newsouthwindowsolutions.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

Important: These rights are different in each state, and there are some exceptions.

How to Exercise Your Rights. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@newsouthwindowsolutions.com or call us at 800-384-6690. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, which may include asking you to provide additional information to confirm your identity or, where permitted, to designate an authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf. We will respond to a verifiable request within forty-five (45) days of receipt, subject to a one-time extension of an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary.

To appeal a decision about your privacy request, contact us using the same methods and put “Privacy Rights Appeal” in the subject line.

Global Privacy Control. Some browsers support Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), which tells websites you want to opt out of certain data uses. When we see this signal, we will try to honor your choice as required by law.

Shine the Light (California Residents). California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. How We Protect Your Personal Data

We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Our Services are not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18 without a parent’s permission, we will delete it.
